Budgy Smuggler is committed to supplying top quality gear. That's why we will replace or refund any purchase if you are not 100% satisfied. Budgy Smuggler will provide the first exchange inside Australia free of any delivery charge. Additional exchanges inside Australia will be charged (AUD) $5 per item. Any exchanges to a delivery address outside of Australia will be charged at (AUD) $10 per item.

To be able to replace or refund items purchased they must be returned to Budgy Smuggler unworn and in perfect condition. Our mailing address is:

We cannot exchange items that have been worn, or are damaged in any way. Budgy Smuggler will only exchange items returned within 28 days of receipt.

Budgy Smuggler cannot refund your purchase if you supplied us with the wrong address. Therefore please take extra care when filling out delivery details.

Budgy Smuggler will deliver the items to the exact delivery address supplied by you. All Budgy Smuggler Australian domestic orders are delivered using Australia Post. Delivery will take between 2 and 10 days. Express delivery should take 1 - 3 days inside Australia.

CUSTOMS

When ordering from Budgy Smugglers website, or through direct contact via email or phone or social media pages like facebook or twitter, from overseas you may be subject to import duties or taxes levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from Budgy Smuggler website, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which the products are received. We would like our international customers and customers dispatching products internationally to be aware that cross border deliveries are subject to opening and inspections by customs authorities.

Any deliveries outside Australia are subject to the postal and customs laws of those countries. Budgy Smuggler cannot guarantee delivery, regular air mail within 14 days, or express delivery within 7 days outside Australia, however the vast majority of Budgy Smugglers' previous orders to countries outside of Australia have arrived within 14 days. We are happy to answer any questions about delivery, so feel free to contact us.

All prices quoted on budgysmuggler.com.au are charged in Australian dollars.

Despite the rumours, size does matter, and we appreciate that people want the exact fit for their Smugglers. If you get the wrong size Smugglers we are happy to exchange them for a different size as long as they are returned unworn and in perfect condition.

Budgy Smuggler will immediately replace or refund any faulty garment free of charge.
