Shipping and Returns
All domestic orders (orders within Australia) will be shipped out within one (1) working day of receiving payment via Australia Post.
Standard Post: Please allow 2-5 working days to arrive. Standard Shipping Cost $7.00 (NOW TRACKED)
Express Post: Please allow 1-3 working days to arrive. Express Shipping Cost $10.00 (TRACKED)

All international orders (orders outside Australia) will be shipped out within one (1) working day of receiving payment via Australia Post or DHL, depending on the service selected by the customer.
Standard International Post: Please allow 1-2 weeks to arrive after being shipped. Occasionally, if the parcel is held in customs for whatever reason, it can take up to 4 weeks. Standard International Delivery: $10.00 (Tracking is provided with this service).
Unfortunately Standard International orders cannot guarantee tracking to all places worldwide.
Express International Courier: Please allow 3-4 business days for your parcel to arrive. Express Courier International Delivery: Approx $40.00 (A tracking code will be provided courtesy of DHL).

How do I return/exchange an item?
Fill out the return/exchange form included in your parcel and mail that along with the item(s) to return back at us. If you did not receive a returns/exchange form, you can download and print off this one: Returns / Exchange Form (Download)
Exchanges will be posted back out to you via standard shipping (2 - 5 days within Australia, 1 to 4 weeks (can take up to 6 weeks) outside of Australia). If you'd like it sent back express, please include an express bag within your return.

What can I return/exchange?
The item must be unworn, in its original packaging with swing tag attached and not damaged in any way. We cannot exchange/refund items that have been worn or damaged.
How long do I have to return/exchange?
Within 28 days of receiving your item. Although if you’ve bought the item for a gift then we won’t be complete tight arses… just let us know the situation and they should be ok to exchange outside this period.
Who pays for the return/exchange?
If you received the correct item and it is not faulty, in the first instance you guys pay for the postage back to us and then we will cover the postage of the exchanged pair back to you.
What if I received the wrong item/a faulty item?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you out a fresh pair with a return satchel or send you out a return satchel if you are just after a refund.
How long with the returns/exchange process take?
We will refund/exchange your order within 1 business day of receiving your return/exchange package. For incorrect/faulty items we will send out a return satchel within 1 working day of receiving your email.
Is the Shipping Cost Refunded?
Please note that the initial shipping cost will not be refunded.
Please make sure to supply us with your correct address.
Budgy Smuggler will deliver the items to the exact delivery address supplied by you. Budgy Smuggler cannot refund your purchase if you supplied us with the wrong address. Therefore please take extra care when filling out delivery details.
If you enter your details wrong when ordering, please email us at email@example.com straight away to change that for you.
Postage Customs and Customs Charges
When ordering from Budgy Smuggler's website, or through direct contact via email, phone or social media pages like Facebook or Twitter, from overseas you may be subject to import duties or taxes levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from Budgy Smuggler website, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which the products are received. We would like our international customers and customers dispatching products internationally to be aware that cross border deliveries are subject to opening and inspections by customs authorities.
Any deliveries outside Australia are subject to the postal and customs laws of those countries. Budgy Smuggler cannot guarantee delivery, regular air mail within 14 days, or express delivery within 7 days outside Australia, however the vast majority of Budgy Smugglers' previous orders to countries outside of Australia have arrived within 10 days.
