All domestic orders (orders within Australia) will be shipped out within one (1) working day of receiving payment via Australia Post.
Standard Post: Please allow 2-5 working days to arrive. Standard Shipping Cost $7.00 (NOW TRACKED)
Express Post: Please allow 1-3 working days to arrive. Express Shipping Cost $10.00 (TRACKED)

Same Day Sydney Delivery - Order before 1pm to get the your packaged delivery between 6-9pm at night. Residential addresses only ( Select Sydney postcodes only) $13
All international orders (orders outside Australia) will be shipped out within one (1) working day via Australia Post or DHL, depending on the service selected by the customer.
Standard International Post: Currently unavailable due to COVID 19 Please allow 1-2 weeks to arrive after being shipped. Occasionally, if the parcel is held in customs for whatever reason, it can take up to 4 weeks. Standard International Delivery: $10.00 (Tracking is provided with this service).
Unfortunately Standard International orders cannot guarantee tracking to all places worldwide and will depend on the local postal service of that country.
Customs charges are worn by the purchaser.
Express International Courier: Please allow 3-4 business days for your parcel to arrive. Express DHL Courier International Delivery: Ranges between $25 - 40 AUD, pending location. Details below. (A tracking code will be provided courtesy of DHL).
New Zealand: $25
China, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong: $30
USA, Canada: $30
UK/EU: $35 (OR you should order from BudgySmugglerUK.com)

If for any reason you aren’t feeling 100% satisfied with your Smugglers, you may return the item(s) you’ve purchased for a full refund inclusive of the original shipping costs.
THEN, to have you smuggling as quick as possible, as soon as you’ve sent the items(s) back to us simply jump online and purchase the size or style that you’d like instead.
By the time you receive your replacement Smugglers, your original order will have been refunded (provided we’ve received the returned pairs by then). Budgy Smuggler is committed to supplying top quality gear. That's why we will replace/refund any purchase if you are not 100% satisfied.
How long do I have to return my Smugglers?
Within 28 days of receiving them. Although if you've bought them for a gift, we won't be complete tight arses... Just let us know the situation and they should be okay to exchange outside of this period.
How do I return an item?
Simply send the item back in the original condition with your order number. Please note: we will need the original order number or name of person who placed the order, preferably both, to process the refund.

What can I return/exchange?
The item(s) must be unworn, in its original packaging with swing tag attached and not damaged in any way. We cannot exchange/refund items that have been worn or damaged. For womens pieces, the hygiene label must still be on.
What happens next?
We’ll receive your parcel at Budgy HQ and process a full refund inclusive of the original shipping costs. You will receive an email when your refund has been processed. Funds will be returned to the same account that made the initial payment.
But I just want to exchange them for a different size/style!
No problemo! We've found the quickest & easiest way to have you smuggling, still send them back to us and simply reorder online the correct style or size you’re after. Your original shipping cost will be refunded so you won’t have to pay for postage twice. This way instead of waiting 1 – 2 weeks you can be smuggling in 1 – 2 days.
Who pays for the return/exchange?
If you received the correct item and it is not faulty, you pay for the postage back to us.
What if I received the wrong item / a faulty item?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you out a fresh pair with a return satchel or send you out a return satchel if you are just after a refund.
Is the Shipping Cost Refunded?
Yep! The initial shipping cost will be refunded.
Postage Customs and Customs Charges
When ordering from Budgy Smuggler's website, or through direct contact via email, phone or social media pages like Facebook or Twitter, from overseas you may be subject to import duties or taxes levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from Budgy Smuggler website, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which the products are received. We would like our international customers and customers dispatching products internationally to be aware that cross border deliveries are subject to opening and inspections by customs authorities.
Any deliveries outside Australia are subject to the postal and customs laws of those countries. Budgy Smuggler cannot guarantee delivery, regular air mail within 14 days, or express delivery within 7 days outside Australia, however the vast majority of Budgy Smugglers' previous orders to countries outside of Australia have arrived within 10 days.
