ReachOut is Australia’s leading digital youth mental health organisation, committed to helping young people feel better!  

Currently Australia is experiencing a mental health epidemic, and young people are increasingly impacted:

• More than 1 in 3 young people are experiencing mental health difficulties.

• More than a million young people with a mental health difficulty are not seeking professional support.

• Suicide remains the leading cause of death for young people in Australia aged 15-25

ReachOut connects young people to a range of content, resources, and a one-to-one PeerChat service that helps them feel better in the moment.  ReachOut also has a parents service that helps parents to build strategies to better understand and communicate with their young person.

ReachOut is free, accessible and safe so that we can support young people with their mental health when they most need it.
