We are searching for THREE NEW ROLES: 

1. Chief Happiness Officer - Budgy Smuggler Customer Service
2. Bondi Retail Store Manager
3. Social Media Content Coordinator

 

Chief Happiness Officer - Budgy Smuggler Customer Service:

Do you have an obsession with making people happy and a love for all things Budgy Smuggler? If so, then we’ve got the perfect job for you! As the Chief Happiness Officer of Budgy Smuggler's customer service team, you'll be responsible for ensuring our customers have an awesome experience shopping with us. 

Responsibilities:

  • Bring the Budgy Smuggler vibes and tone to our customer service by answering calls, emails, live chat and social media inquiries in a relaxed and upbeat manner.
  • Make our customers' day by helping them find the perfect pair of smugglers and giving them tips on how to rock them with confidence.
  • Channel your inner fashion guru and be an expert on our products so you can make our customers feel like fashion icons.
  • Be a hero by resolving any customer pain points (if any) leaving them smiling and happy with their experience.
  • Work with the rest of the Budgy Smuggler team to come up with creative ideas for promotions and events that will blow our customers' minds. 

Qualifications / Experience:

  • Prior Customer Service or Community Management Experience
  • Previous experience working across the following platforms (or similar):
    • Shopify
    • Gorgias
    • Monday.com
    • Meta
    • TikTok
  • A fun-loving personality and a passion for making people smile.
  • A quirky sense of humor and the ability to turn any situation into a good time.
  • Strong communication skills that can make anyone feel like they're chatting with their best bud.
  • Love for building and improving our internal customer service processesAn enthusiasm for swimwear that matches our customers' passion for wearing them.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced and fun-loving environment.

Bondi Retail Store Manager

**Location:** Bondi Beach, Budgy Smuggler Store

Are you ready to lead with style and make a splash in the retail world? Budgy Smuggler invites you to become the heart and soul of our Bondi Beach store as a Retail Store Manager. Join us in shaping the future of swimwear fashion and creating an engaging shopping experience!

 

**Position Summary:**

As the Retail Store Manager at Budgy Smuggler, you will be at the helm of our Bondi Beach store. Your role is to inspire your team, delight our customers, and ensure that Budgy Smuggler remains the ultimate swimwear destination.

In addition to the Bondi Store, you’ll share responsibility with our Manly Store Manager for the execution of our Pop-Ups/Activations across Summer!

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Elevate the Retail Experience:

   - Craft a shopping experience that leaves customers eager to return for more.

   - Share your expertise and enthusiasm for our products, helping customers discover the perfect swimwear.

   - Maintain store aesthetics, keeping displays eye-catching and merchandise readily available.

  1. Team Leadership:

   - Assemble a dynamic and enthusiastic team.

   - Provide guidance and motivation to your staff, transforming them into fashion-savvy experts.

   - Nurture a work environment that is dynamic, vibrant, and focused on success.

  1. Sales and Business Savvy:

   - Achieve sales targets while overseeing store finances with precision.

   - Analyze sales trends and customer preferences, adjusting strategies for optimal performance.

   - Contribute innovative ideas to boost store sales and stay ahead of the curve.

  1. Safety and Security:

   - Ensure the store adheres to safety and security standards.

   - Implement loss prevention measures to protect our valuable inventory.

 

Qualifications:

- A passion for fashion and a keen sense of style.

- Previous experience in retail management is beneficial but not essential.

- Excellent communication skills to connect with a diverse customer base.

- Strong leadership qualities that inspire your team to excel.
