If I buy a gift, can he exchange or return it if it doesn't fit?
- Yes! Absolutely! As long as the item isn't Custom, Made-To-Order or Final Sale, your giftee can take the item to any of our store locations (Bondi, Manly, Kotara, Noosa) and process an exchange in store for another item.
- If you give them the order number, they can also process a postal exchange using our online Returns Portal,but they will need to contact our Customer Service team first so we can update the order details to their own email and shipping address.
